Please read these terms carefully before using SOCIFINGAME. By using the Platform you agree to the conditions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SOCIFINGAME ("the Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately. No real money is involved in any game on SOCIFINGAME. There are no wagers, no deposits, no withdrawals, and no prizes of any monetary or material value. Any virtual currency, points, scores, or in-game achievements displayed within games have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item of value, and are not transferable. SOCIFINGAME is not a casino, a gambling operator, or a betting service. Playing our games does not improve your chances of winning money in real-money gambling environments.
4. No Registration Required

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
SOCIFINGAME is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the Platform. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SOCIFINGAME and its operators, affiliates, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SOCIFINGAME shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
